Long Crendon – Miff Chichester
Miff Chichester is a dedicated local farmer and Chartered Surveyor, qualified since 1992. He comes from a long line of farming families and also runs a property company in London. Actively involved in country life, Miff promotes countryside preservation. Previously, he trained at the Naval and Marine Centre in Plymouth and worked as a Commercial Diver on oil rigs worldwide. Currently, Miff directs several local government initiatives supported by Defra, the NFU, and the APHA, focusing on reducing TB in South Buckinghamshire. If elected, he will advocate for Long Crendon Ward, addressing increased threat to our overburdened highways and reviewing the plans for the proposed Anaerobic Biodigester, looking at the right solution to provide energies, that will benefit the community..

I have lived in Princes Risborough for five years with my wife and daughter, while my wife works at RAF Halton. For nearly twenty years, I have successfully run an arts and entertainment business. As a passionate advocate for local communities and businesses, I am committed to reducing council waste and inefficiency. I will firmly oppose any residential development that does not come with essential improvements to infrastructure, including transport, schools, and healthcare. My goal is to ensure that our community thrives while preserving its integrity and addressing the needs of all residents in Princes Risborough.
